FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

1.How is the workflow from the client’s request to the project delivery ?
Answer:
Upon receipt of a request from a customer, we review it and send the service pricing and turnaround time by email within 24 business hours.
Following customer’s acceptance, we send a new email informing the term for paying 50% of the total project amount and our bank details, or with a link to the payment page (according to chosen payment mode).

After receiving payment confirmation, we start working on the project and upon its completion we send it to the customer for approval.
Once approved, we send an email requesting payment of the remaining 50% of the total amount through a bank deposit or with a payment link by PayPal.

 

2.What are the methods of payment accepted?
Answer:
• Identified bank deposit;
• Debit and credit cards (through PayPal);

 

3.Can I pay the upfront payment and the remaining balance using different payment methods?
Answer:
Yes. Just let W Translations know at any time.

 

4.How do I make the payment?
Answer:
If the payment option is by identified bank deposit, the deposit slip must be sent by email and we will start working on the project once the upfront payment has been confirmed.

If you choose to pay through PayPal, we will send you an email with a link to the payment page.
Work will commence after payment confirmation.

 

5.Can I pay in instalments?
Answer:
Yes, if you choose paying with credit card.

 

6.Does the text to be included in the project have to be in any specific format?
Answer:
As a rule, we work with any type of editable file, i.e., files containing text that can be easily handled by conventional editing methods. In case of any incompatibility issue, we will inform you before receiving your approval and moving forward with the project.

Note: PDF files need to be prepared prior to commencing work on the project and may incur additional costs and extra time to its completion.

 

7. Can non-editable texts, such as those included in captions or pictures, be translated?
Answer:
Yes. In that case, the texts will be preprocessed before sending them to translation. Such specification will be included in the proposal.

 

8. Can I request more than one service for the same project?
Answer:
Yes. Just let us know on the quote request page.
